Model bigger than your printer? GigaPrint scales any STL, OBJ or 3MF to the size you want and cuts it into blocks that fit your bed, with joints so the pieces line up when you glue or clip them together. It runs in your browser: nothing to install and your file never leaves your computer.

How it works

1. Open your model (STL, OBJ or 3MF), or try a sample.
2. Set the finished size in millimetres or as a scale.
3. Pick your printer from 50+ build volumes (Bambu, Prusa, Creality, Elegoo and more) or type the bed size and a safety margin.
4. Choose the cuts: fewest parts automatically, set counts, or custom cut positions, placed for even spacing or smaller seams.
5. Add joints: pegs, dowel pins, snap clips, dovetail slides, magnet pockets or flat.
6. Hollow and finish (optional): wall thickness, a solid band at the cuts, and vent holes.
7. Download the parts as STL files or 3MF build plates, with a filament and time estimate.

Free, no account: splits up to 4 pieces with pegs or flat joints, lithophanes and reliefs up to 100 mm, repairs up to 200k triangles, one laser sheet, unlimited cookie cutters and tags. Pro (coming soon): $7.99/month, $39/year or $79 lifetime, everything unlocked. Commercial (coming soon): $69/year or $149 lifetime, for print shops, farms and studios.
