A browser-based LuBan alternative
LuBan (luban3d.com) is desktop generative-design software for making big things: it splits models into interlocking modules and generates lithophanes, stacked layers, reliefs, wireframes and more for 3D printing, laser cutting and CNC. GigaPrint covers several of the same jobs in a web browser, with no download and a free tier.

When LuBan may suit you better
If you want its wider set of generative methods (such as hash, plate and module structures), a desktop app you run offline, or you already know its workflow, LuBan is a solid choice.
When GigaPrint may suit you better
If you want to split a model, make a lithophane, turn a drawing into a cookie cutter or fix an STL quickly without installing anything, on any computer with a modern browser, and keep your files on your own device.
